Evaluation
The COOKO team evaluates the current sourcing chain to identify bottlenecks, constraints, and scaling parameters. 2-3 months including in field reconnaissance.

Launch
Based on the refined cost and business dynamics, the COOKO team will guide the deployment of a bespoke solution, designed to optimise your cocoa quality and process efficiency.

Feasibility
A limited pilot, preferably in the small season will flush out and identify the “unknown unknowns” in your sourcing chain. Depending on the scale this process can take 6-12 months with a volume range of 100 – 1000 tons.
